1. There is great customer service. I had trouble installing the faucet converter the first night I used it. I called the number on the website and a human answered immediately. She helped me to fix the problem and it was up and running quickly.
2. Some people have complained about leaks -- it leaked the first two times I used it. Then I realized that the two extra washers left over from when I assembled it probably were not just included for decoration. So I put those in, screwed the valves in very tightly and the leaks stopped almost completely. It now leaks less than a teaspoon per load. I have put a little oval dish in the back to catch the drip. The amount of water is so small that it evaporates on its own; I have never had to empty the dish. I also used plumber's tape, but I don't know if it is essential because I used it on the initial installation and have never tried to operate the machine without it.
